Now Hiring - Logistics Sales Manager in Grapevine, TX

Now looking for a talented and competitive Logistic Sales Manager thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This position will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Must be willing to meet with business leaders in person to close sales.

We are women owned company that has been in business for 15 years. We are seeking individuals looking to make a career in logistics along with long term, stable employment. Office consists of 8-12 employees.

Responsibilities

Selling and quoting freight shipments to new customers.
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Communicate through cold calling and prospecting emails.

Skills

Researching new customers and maintaining a new sales lead list.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with CRM and lead programs a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

The ability to work in an office setting without micromanagement.

Must be able to work independently and complete the duties assigned to them.

BA/BS degree is required.

IN OFFICE HOUR REQUIREMENT 800am-500pm. Mon- Fri.

Compensation: $50-$55K PLUS uncapped commission. Average $75K-$125K.
